ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਵਿਆਕਰਣ · Gurbani Grammar

Understanding the language of the Guru's word

Gurbani is not only to be read — it is to be understood. Every word in the Guru Granth Sahib Ji carries meaning shaped by grammar: the endings on a noun, the form of a verb, the person a pronoun speaks to. When we learn these rules, lines that once felt closed begin to open, and the Guru's message reaches us directly, without guessing.

In our live classes we study Gurbani grammar step by step — from the dulavan (ੈ) and other lagan-matran, to the karak cases, verbs and sentence structure — always with real lines from Gurbani as our examples.
